Answered complaint reported about the smell of sewage in the lobby by performing a routine inspection of the establishment.
Head of engineering stated that the smell was likely due to grease traps being open for cleaning.
Rooms inspected: Laundry, maintenance/engineering, boiler, 1225, 1122*, 1107, 1002, 926, 910*, 810, 707*, and 414.
There is no evidence of a sewage leak.
