6: Observed employee leave kitchen, came back in and returned to food prep without wahing hands first. Corrected by discussing good hand hygiene.
20: Fish, chicken tenders, and burger patties. See temp log. Corrected by having pic remove to wic and discussed using ziploc ice bags on product until it can be serviced.
21: Two open bags of deli ham not date marked. Corrected by having pic label them 12/9 which was when pic said they were opened.
37: Employee drink on cutting board.
41: Three knives stored wedged between prep cooler lid and side.
45: Inside of ice machine has black mold growing.
46: Dish machine is very dirty.
53: Wall behind ice machine and dish machine is dirty.
