Free-chlorine reading of 1.0ppm. Okay to open the pool.
Discussed with pic that other chemicals are still way too low and recommended have pool/pumps serviced. I will also email pic an excel spreadsheet for daily chemical checks, recommend printing and using this issue stops repeating.
