Customer stayed in Room 121 and was bitten by bed bugs.

Upon arrival, not sure on signs seen, reviewed procedures followed so far.
Discussed proper procedures with hotel PIC regarding bedbugs. Pest control company called to investigate.
Room shut down pending investigation.
