1st floor: excessive paint peeling, dirty ceiling vents, dirty, stained carpet in seating area
Laundry facility: cracked floor tile
Room 309: frost in refrigerator, holes and burns in sheets, stained pillows, mattress cover, and mattress, mold outside of bathroom on ceiling
3rd and 2nd floor ice machines: presence of pink slime and mold. Drain, then wash, rinse, and sanitize
Room 208: stained comforter, pillows, mattress cover, lamp shades, and stained bathtub, door is peeling/door shavings exposed
