11: Raw salmon in sealed packaging present in makeline ric. Packaging states to keep frozen and remove from packaging before thawing under refrigeration. Two packages pressed together temp 40F. Cos by embargoing 3 lbs, discussed proper thawing practices for fish product.

20: Shell eggs stored in top of prep cooler with ambient temperature of 48F per Thermapen. Lid was closed on arrival, pic stated lid was open earlier when prepping food. Eggs were placed in cooler about 2 hours ago. Cos by pic placing shell eggs in wic.
