4: Two employee drinks stored on container of flour on shelf in back room. Observed employee prep bread on shelf directly beside drinks and container. Cos by employee relocating drinks. Employee food and drinks mist be stored and ingested away from food product and prep areas.
8: Hand sink in back has jug stored in it and is obstructed by boxes. Front hand sink has no hand soap. Cos by pic restocking soap and removing barriers. All hand sinks mist be stocked and accessible.
