A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of all critical item violations. Front door is not latching properly. Owner tried correct the violation, but door is still not compliant with minimum state regulations. This violation needs to be corrected prior to next routine inspection. Front gate self closes and latches, and meets minimum height requirement per state regulation. Back chain link gate leading into back of the establishment is chain locked.
