8: Observed handwash sink in front dry and did not appear to have been used. In addition, the paper towel dispenser is not functional, and neither is the hand dryer. Although there are paper towels located behind the sink, I observed an employee wash hands and then try to use the dispenser which does not work. Advised person in charge to let employees know where the alternate paper towels are until the dispenser is repaired.

19: Pork and steak holding at 104-114F with no timer set for holding. Hot foods must be held at 135F or above or use time as a public health control and discard after four hours. This was discussed with person in charge today. Steak and pork was discarded as a precaution.

53: Ceiling tiles are in poor rapair and stained like some leaking may occur during inclement weather. Repair any leaks and damaged ceiling tiles.

54: Clean accumlated bugs from inside lightshield in back area.
