37: Upon arrival, the drop ceiling tiles have pooled water and water is leaking into buckets on to floor (currently experiencing heavy rain). No contaminaton of food or food products observed. Repair leak immediately so as to prevent contamination. Discussed relocating items in area further away as a precaution.
49: Repair plumbing leak at three compartment sink
53: Flooring is in poor repair along cook line and is collecting standing water. Repair flooring so it is smooth, non absorbent, easily cleanable, and durable.
Additional Comments
Discussed use of sink on cookline. Recommend designating this as a handwash sink with soap and paper towels. Use bus tub to store dirty pans in so this sink can be designated for handwashing.
