Received complaint: Complaint received about no water and no electricity at tattoo shop. Complaint included non-licensed artist was working at shop.

Arrived to shop and no lights or fans on observed through door. Door locked with note to call. Called and spoke to Jim. Jim confirmed electric had been shut off but was being turned on this afternoon. Verified water was working by spigot on front of house. Jim was not at shop at time of investigation. Shop was closed.

Non-licensed artist was brought up. Jim said artist did not work at the shop.
