Complaint called in, individual stated they were at the establishment for an event and the indoor pool had a strong chemical smell. Individual stated multiple people had burning eyes and a cough as well. Discussed complaint with pic at begining of investigation.

Tested the free chlorine and total:
Free cl: 2.0ppm
Total cl: 3.0ppm

Disscussed with pic if/when they shock the pool to make sure there is good ventilation so that the total cl will dissipate instead of falling back into water.
