1: Kitchen staff unable to discuss temps related to food processes. Cos by me sending fact sheets in mandarin

2: Unable to discuss symptoms and diagnosis related to employee health.

6: Observed cashier come to kitchen to get a bowl for rice. She grabbed the bowl in a manner where here hands were making contact with inside of bowl. Cos by discussing with pic hand hygiene.

6: Observed several employees leave kitchen come back in and resume food prep without washing hands first. Cos by discussing good hand washing practices when changing tasks.

14: Dish machine reading 0 ppm of cl. Cos by having a 3 comp sink to wash, rinse, sanitize.

31: Egg rolls and cooked noodles sitting out cooling.

33: Thawing pork in bucket on floor.
