Food Service Establishment Inspection | Routine

July 25, 2024 | View Original Inspection PDF
Score & Grade: 92 Grade:
Observations & Corrective Actions

8: Hand sink in chicken prep area/RTE food area has very light soap dispensing and paper towel dispenser only works if staff reach hand inside to grab paper towel, contaminating the dispenser. Appropriate amount of soap must be dispensed. Paper towels must dispense easily. If not addressed, these issues may result in ineffective hand washing. Water of same hand sink spurts instead of flowing, leading to inadequate hand washing.

13: Bread buns being prepped next to breading station. The shaking/pounding of the raw chicken breading process causes raw materials to fly into the air in a large area. A wall is necessary to contain the spread of raw material and prevent contamination of ready-to-eat foods.

47: Outsides and handles of tall reach-in coolers and shelving in frying area have heavy food build-up.

53: Floors throughout kitchen have food debris, walls at potato fryer have grease build-up, walls in raw chicken prep area have food debris
