Critical item violations 15 and 42 noted on previous routine inspection report have been corrected. Housekeeping was in the process of cleaning these room 202, 314, 431. Discussed proper way to clean dish ware and that all food contact surfaces must be washed, rinsed, and sanitized after guest check out at the. They just received their order of QA tablets and they are on the carts, but they are still waiting on the test strips which should arrive some time this week. Recommend having written instructions in Spanish on housekeepers cart, so they know exactly what procedure they need to follow. If critical item violation 42 is noted on the next inspection report, permit will be up for revocation.
