6: Some pieces of the grates for the gutter system are missing or damaged. Corner guard near spa area is damaged. Couple skimmer lids are cracked underneath. There is debri one the main drain grates below slide.
*10: Part of the 3 foot depth marker located at the water line, lap swim area, beside of ladder is missing.
20: Total alkalinity too low.
