129, 402, It appears that all food contact surfaces are being washed and rinsed in the dish machine and then sanitized in the kitchen sink. Delivered warning letters and notice of violations for hotel, swimming pool, and food establishment. Critical item violations 15, 18, and 42 noted on previous routine inspection report have been corrected.
