8: Hand washing sink blocked by vacuum, Corrective Action: train keep hand washing sink easily accessible.

8: No running hot water in unit. Person in charge states water heater recently broke and is in process of repair today. Mobile unit placed on 24 hour notice where it must be fixed in 24 hours, failure will result in closure.

13: Observed bag of raw catfish stored on shelf next to bags of cheese in fridge. Corrective Action: remove, train to store raw meats separate and below Ready To Eat Foods.

14: No sanitizer available on site during arrival. Employee states it had to be temporarily removed to fix water heater. Corrective Action: train must keep bleach on site at all times when operating. Corrected on site.

57: Require no smoking sign on door.
