21: 1200-23-01-.03(5)(a)7. Observed the employee putting the day stickers on the items in the small container. I noticed there was no dates. The manager explained to me its company poilcy. I explained that the Memphis and Shelby County have adopted the 2009 Food Code and there must be dateson those stickes to complete the date marking process.
