2: Op unable to discuss all symptoms and diagnosis. Corrected by providing coaching and will procide fact sheet.

31: Cut raw cabbage on makeline prepared at 9:00 am. Temped at 46 degrees. Advised PIC to cool to 41 degrees using bags of ice. Pre-cooked chicken and pot stickers were temped at 47. Advised PIC cooled these items with ice.

35: Bao chicken mix in WIC not readily identifiable and was missing label. Op pull from freezer the day before and were currently thawing according to PIC. COS: PIC placed labels bao mix.

37: Keys hanging near food prep areas. PIC removed keys from area.

47: Ice machine is dirty.

49: Handwashimg sink in grill area has steady flow of running water.

53: Vent covers in WIC cooler are dirty.
