20: Cooked linguini pasta in walk-in cooler was reading 80°, container is marked with date 4/22/24 it is now 4/24/24 Corrective Action: embargoed. 3lbs Dressing that contains dairy temped at 47° on top cooler, employee states they just filled up the container with the dressing. Corrective Action: moved to walk-in cooler
