Complaint Received 6/13- caller stated on 6/11/22-black mold on walls, ceilings, vents of air unit in room 207. Owner states room 207 is a weekly rental room and customer had stayed in room for almost a year. Observe room 207, complaints are valid. Observe excessive amount of mold on wall above air unit and all around the interior room window sill, and bathroom ceiling. Room is stated to be not rentable/blocked and cleaning and painting for upgrades are scheduled.
