20: Sour cream at 46°, raw bacon at 45° in Reach in cooler since yesterday . Reach in cooler reading 55°F. Corrective action- sour cream and bacon embargoed 10 lbs. Milk just moved to reach in cooler reading 40°- moved to Walk in cooler . Reach in cooler can not be used until it is repaired. Recheck of cooler within 10 days
