This inspection was done in response to a complaint received yesterday. The complaintant said that the restrooms are not supplied with toilet paper and paper towels , and that sewage is backing up in the back bathroom. Trailers are not 15 feet apart. One of the bathrooms is locked and needs to be unlocked. Did not observe any evidence of raw sewage on the premises. Of the two bathrooms up front, one is locked and the other is unlocked. There is no toilet paper or soap in the front bathroom that is unlocked. 70% of the campers are permanent residents. The restrooms that are locked need to be unlocked. One of the bathrooms up front is being renovated, and it is still being renovated. It needs to be completed as soon as possible.
