13: Observed raw meat in the wic stored just right beside the vegetables at the same shelf, cos by discussing the right way to store the raw food, let the pic relocate the meat to separate shelf , a warning letter will be issued because this violation had been repeated on two consecutive inspections.
37: The meat cutting machine in the preparation table has some debris and it is not clean.
39: Wiping cloth was out of sani bucket.
41: Ice scoop was on the top of the ice machine facing down and not protected, cos by removing.
