Additional Comments

Spa closed due to having no available free Cl resulting in imminent health hazard (IHH). Tests were done with Taylor kit test tube and test strips and yielded the same result of 0 ppm. Spa shall remain closed until follow up inspection is performed by TDH and finds IHH is corrected.

Please contact Environmental Health with a free cl reading when spa is ready to reopen.
