20: Chicken wings at first make line on kitchen line were above 41 degrees F. Pic placed chicken wings in wic to cool back down to 41 degrees F. Warning letter will be requested due to this priority item violation being noted several times in a row.

26: Peroxide chemical spray bottle stored next to pitchers at tea station. Relocated spray bottle to chemical storage area.

37: Employee drinks stored above make line, next to dishes in dishwashing area/expo wait area, and on prep table in the back.

53: There was no handle on door leading into wic.
