*16: The retrieval line attached to the ring bouy is accessible, but the line is not a minimum of 1 1/2 times the widest widest of the pool in length from the ring bouy to the lemon. Also grab holds have been moved around ring bouy and need to moved to original positions. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of this critical item violation. A warning letter will be requested due to this critical item violation being noted on 2 consecutive inspection reports in a row.
Critical item violation 15 and 16 noted on previous routine inspection report on previous routine inspection report have been corrected.
