8: 1200-23-01-.05(2)(e)1.(i) The handsink in the food prep area and the handsink near the make line did not have paper towels. The other handsinks were supplied woth paper towels. The PIC stated that the paper towels that fit in the dispenser were on back order and will be delivered tomorrow. For a temporary solution, the PIC placed stack of paper towels at each of the sinks.

49: The handwashing sink in the warewashing area is missing both pedals. Water flows when you push in the buttons with your foot.

53: There is a build up of ice on floor of wif. The walls throughout the kitchen are dirty.The front side of the ric on make line is very dirty. There is a build up of grease on the grates in the vent hood.
