2: Plumbing on pool pump leaking. Per management, the pool acidifier is broken and floods pump room. Per managment they have turned that part of the pump off until repairs and renovations An be made.

20: The ph is high.

Additional Comments

Per management pool has been closed since may. Management plans to reopen after pump repairs by august.
Inspector will discuss projected august inspection with MPHD management.
