29: Missing light bulb in room 112.
*42: I asked two different house keepers where their sanitizer is kept on their carts. Both said they are not allowed to keep on cart. There is a room on third floor where I observed three gallon jugs of bleach. Employees stated their suppose to leave the floor their on and go get some for each room their in. I also asked the house keepers how do they verify if they have the right amount of sanitizer and all of them said they didnt know. Even acting housekeeper did not know about chlorine test strips. Sanitizer must be kept on housekeeping carts when they are being used.
Looked at rooms 404,401,313,217,213,116,112. Looked at laundry room. Fire extinguishers dated 9/23.
