18: Food items prepped around 9 this morning not within proper cooling temperatures. See food temps. Recieved an ambient temp with my thermometer of 55 degrees inside cooler. There was ice build up around fan area inside cooler. See photo attachment for reference. Emabrgoed prepped hot dogs, sliced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce. Pic will have cooler serviced. Until then, pic will use another cooler to store tcs foods.
26: Numerous bottles of chemicals on storage rack stored about customer paper towels and cup items. Discussed proper chemical storage with pic.
31: Make line cooler not functioning properly to cool foods down. See photo attachment for severe ice build up.

A complaint was called in to our department regarding the womens restroom being closed for over a month, floors and tables being dirty, and customer not feeling well after eating at this establishment.
Discussed complaint with pic. I will return within 10 days for a follow-up inspection to verify all priority item violations have been corrected.
