8: ObsServed hand sink by the big 3comp without soap and the dispenser broken. Sink by the grill station had minimal soap. COS made pic aware and they refilled and replaced the soap and broken dispensor

26: Observed big 3comp set up with qa and when tested the test strip registered a bright blue color of 500ppm.

48: Back hand sink does not allow for persons to adjust the temperature - water excessively hot

53: Floor tile Grout missing throughout kitchen, some wall and ceiling tiles in poor repair, quat dispensor leaking at the seams.
