Dishes are washed using a sponge soaked in soapy water, rinsed inside the basin with only water, and a small container filled with bleach water was used to rinse the utensils. Utensils not allowed to soak in sanitizer water. CA: retrained employee.
35: Large metal containers holding cooked meats and raw meats and vegetables do not have labels.
