11: Presence of rodent feces on food prep counters in food bowl containers in lid containers on shelves next to food products. The whole facility has presence of rodents. Most presents in the back cook area. Some presence is by the back door where deliveries are made. There’s a small presence in the coffee bar area. must have a license exterminator come out and show that all measures are being taken to get rid of the infestation of the rodent. This must be shown before the 10 day follow up.

Priority items 6 and 26 have been found on two consecutive inspections. A third time and your permit can be revoked.
Discussed implementing a Risk Control Plan(RCP) in order to obtain active managerial control over repeated Priority Items. Advised operator I was available to assist with developing the RCP.
