Note: There is not fire extinguisher in boiler room as required by Tennessee Hotel Regulations, pg. 5:
Fire Safety (a) (b) Fire Extinguishers 1. Portable fire extinguishers shall be provided in hazardous areas, including storage, laundry, linen, and gas-fired equipment rooms.

Hotel was permitted without having fire extinguisher present but must have one in boiler room by next inspection.
