8: Hand washing sink near 3 comp sink has no paper towels and is not accessible. Pot and pan detergent sitting in sink. Cleaning equipment blocking access. Will be back for a follow up inspection within 10 days to verify this priority item has been corrected.

26: Cleaning chemicals stored on top and next to fruit punch syrup. Discussed proper food storage. Will be back within 10 days to verify this priority item has been corrected.

53: White substance all over wif floor. Pic stated they are working on cleaning it up, but it has solidified to floor due to cold temp.

Discussed proper hand washing, ware washing, food source, food storage, holding and cook temps, cooling when applicable, employee hygiene, employee health, demonstration of knowledge, and storage and use of toxic items.
