20: Raw chicken in chicken pc temped 62, pic stated it was stocked from wic this morning. Pic discovered pc was powered off. Cos by pic relocating chicken to wif to rapidly cool a reset gfi outlet to restore power to pc.

26: Two spray bottles containing sanitizer unlabeled. One was stored on prep surfsce beside a bowl of salad. Cos by pic relocating bottle and labeling spray bottles. Discussed ensuring all chemcials stored away from food and food contact surfaces

37: Employee drink stored on top of soft drink dispensing containers.

37: Container of sauce cooling in wif was stored on floor. All food must be at least 6 inches above floor.

Additional Comments

House made ranches temped 52 in salad pc, ambient temp on thermapen read 52 as well. Cooler was in defrost mode and began cooling down during inspection.
