Critical item 20, room 313 is out of order until Feb 13 to fix telephone.
Critical item 42, pic was unsure if all dishware and utensils have been properly sanitized by chemical after running through dish machine.
Discussed with pic and no corrective action has taken place. A failure to correct letter has been requested.
