8: Food dish soaking in hand sink in the omlet area. CA: dish removed from sink and discussed with PIC.

8: No hand sink in the kitchen. Employees are washing their hands using the hand sink in the omlet area that is greater than 20 ft. from the kitchen.

20: Chopped tomatoes at omlet station temped at 46F at time of inspection. Items placed in omlet station when breakfast began (approximately 7 am). CA: had employee put ice underneath container of tomatoes to keep cool.

22: No identification steps being followed for written time policy. CA: discussed with PIC. Also discussed adding chopped tomatoes to time policy.
