7: Cook handling cooked steak and salad with bare hands. Embargoed a bowl of salad and cooked steak that was touched. Educated staff and managers on correct bare hand contact procedures.

8: No paper towels at the hand sink in the back of the kitchen—corrected immediately.

18: Rice that had been cooked at 9:40 am was temping 80-100 F at 3pm. Embargoed 60 lbs of rice that had not been cooled properly. Reviewed cooling procedures woth the managers.

31: Cooling rice in covered, deep pans.

35: Several containers of food not labeled—mist label food when not in original container.

36: Several doors to the outside not completely sealed off.

39: Soiled wiping cloths stored improperly—must be in sanitizer buckets when not in use.

41: Scoops without handles in dry food products. Scoop must have a handle not in contact with the food.
