8: Hand washing sink in bar area had large pitcher stored directly inside. Corrected by discussing snd relocating pitcher.

21: Opened package of hot dogs and deli meat in reach in cooler not properly date labeled. Pic stated they had been opened 3 days ago. Corrected by discussing proper date marking and pic marking foods. This is a repeat violation, a warning letter will be requested.

26: Chemical spray bottle with yellow liquid inside not marked. Corrected by discussing and pic marking bottle.

37: Employee personal belongings stored on top of dry goods containers in storage area and other packaged food products

41: Use flat plats with no handles as scoops in raw meat coolers. Scoop with handle touching food product in rice container

41: Margarita stirring utensil's stored in room temp water. Discussed better methods.

45: Stove unit in poor repair. Front side of equipment is missing with wires exposed.

53: Floors in poor repair. Excessive dirt and debris build up on floor along walls.
