6: Observed an employee go from food prep to rinsing dirty dishes and return to cooking without changing gloves and with out washing hands. Observed another employee go from handling/loading dirty dishes with gloves on and unload clean dishes with same dirty gloves. COS discussed proper handwashing with pic and employes washed hands, observed proper handwashing the remainder of the inspection.

13: Observed a bowl of lemons stored directly on ice chest under drink station, pic confirmed ice used in drinks. Cos discussed ice cannot be simultaneously used as an ingredient and a coolant, bowl removed

37: Containers of raw chicken stored next to open container of shredded lettuce
