*10: The door entering the pool is not self-closing and self-latching.
*16: The ring buoy still has the lifeline attached to it as the retrieval line. Discussed proper Retrieval line specs with pic, will resend the specs as stated in the regs vis email.
Failure to correct as critical item 10 and 16 were not corrected at time of follow up. Will request the FTC letter and return a 3rd time with supervisor.
