8: Back hand sink was blocked by broomes and dust pan. Pic removed them and stored them propely.
37: Employee phone stored on prep table where brownies were left unattended and not protected. Container of pepper did not have a lid on it located on the storage rack.
42: Observed pans being cleaned then stacked wet.
43: To go containers stored up right, not inverted.
46: The arm of the faucet only reaches two compartments. Sprayer is close to the first well.
49: No back flow device attached to hose connected to faucet at three comp sink. Hose was hanging down in water.
55: Permit posted was expired.
