Complaint called into the Hamilton County Health Department on 7/10/23 about a consumer who allegedly became ill after consuming scrambled eggs, bacon, grits, strawberries, blueberries, and coffee. All refrigeration units holding TCS foods 41°F or below. Good handwashing observed by food prep employees during consultation visit. CL dishwasher sanitizing dishes at 50ppm CL. All TCS foods in cold holding units date marked and within seven day shelf life. TCS foods in hot holding above 135°F. Consumer advisory present on establishment food menus. Per PIC, no food prep employees have reported ill and past two weeks.
