Observations & Corrective Actions

20: Low fat milk, lactaid whole milk, shredded cheese not in temp range in ric. See food temps. Pic discarded all food products in ric. Pic is calling maintenance to come out to repair ric. Untill then, she is using another cooler to store food products. Also discussed proper cold holding temperatures. Will send fact sheets. A health inspector will be back out within 10 days to verify this priority item has been corrected.

Additional Comments

Menu: ravioli, green beans, peaches.
Lunch was just served before inspection. Pic discards any left overs.

An inspector from this department will be back out within 10 days for a follow up inspection regarding the ric cold holding. All cold holding products are to be stored in another cooler until ric is working properly.

There has not been an ownership change, however, they are waiting for approval to get their name officially changed to Cadance Academy Preschool. Pic stated she will email me immediately when they their name change will be effective.
