7: Observed employee cutting scallions with barehands at prep table. Scallions are being used used as garnishing for soup and other dishes. Embargoed scallions and educated.

14: Dish machine was not sanitizing. Tech showed up and switched out sanitizer. Dish machine is now sanitizing at Cl2 50 ppm. Observed employee rinse off cutting board at three comp sink that scallions were being cut on and then store it with clean dishes. Pic placed cutting board in dish machine.

37: Boxes of food stored on floor in wif. Employee water bottles stored on rack with food related items. Raw chicken with lid stored above cooked boiled eggs in wic.

41: Spoons and a whisk are being stored in a container of room temperature standing water near make line.
