The pump room walls are in poor repair and the piping is not labeled. The emergency phone works. Observed several glass beer bottles in the trash can. Glass is not allowed in the pool area. Please post a sign that says no glass in the pool area.
A revocation warning letter will be issued for repeat violation #16.
