Verified underwater lighting works. Verified the emergency phone worked.

Both the "ft" for the decking depth markers and the contrasting strips on the steps are extremely faded. Either a permanent fix must be put in place to enaure these items stay in compliance, or the temporary fix needs better monitoring and upkeep.
